As a member of our team, you'll work with experts in the field to implement new technologies and deliver highly impactful solutions to challenges currently impacting national defense.As a software development professional, you will assist with software design, implementation, testing, documentation, deployment, and sustainment. Within the group, there are opportunities to grow into leadership positions where you can take ownership of work and impact the direction of the group.ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development of a large, existing C++ signal processing codebase.Provide technical assistance to internal and external users of the signal processing codebase.Assist in periodic test and integration of the signal processing codebase into external systems.Design, develop, configure, test, and integrate other software to meet requirements.Other related functions as assigned.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or other applied scienceFamiliarity with Linux-based operating systemsApplicant must have a dynamic skill set, be willing to work with new technologies, and be highly organized and capable of planning and coordinating multiple tasks. The position will require attention to detail, effective problem-solving skills, and excellent judgment. Ability to work independently with sensitive and confidential information, maintain a professional demeanor, work as a team member without daily supervision and effectively communicate with diverse groups of clients.
